Everybody is a Yoga body!

Hi, I’m Dupi.

Yoga has become a way of life for me.

Growing up in an Indian family, I was first introduced to Yoga by my wonderful Late Mother. As a young child I would regularly practise pranayama and asanas at home that provided me with tools that I could carry with me anywhere throughout different stages and chapters of life.

Yoga has improved my life in so many ways and made me feel so much healthier overall, both physically and mentally. I have seen immense shifts in the way I approach life’s challenges with more resilience and the way I handle stress.

My intention is to share this wonderful ancient practise with others. I teach authentic Yoga with compassion to all ranges of age, abilities, experience.

I believe that Yoga is for everyone. So whether you’re a complete beginner or regularly practising yoga there will be something for each person. 

This is at the heart of my teaching. My goal is to make Yoga accessible for everyone and to dispel the myth that it is only for flexible people.

Really enjoy YogaWithDupi classes. They helped my mind, body and breath connect.  She explains each pose clearly and shares her deep knowledge. Dupi adapts her teaching style to the ability of the class and reminds us to breathe, unwind and relax and really cares about her students’ well-being. I always feel so refreshed afterwards. Dupi seems like a genuinely lovely person which comes across even virtually.
